Return Policy

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). 

We are happy to accept returns for any, sealed and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us at support@purehempsupply.com.

 

Returns Process:

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to support@purehempsupply.com to ensure we receive the package and process the return as quickly as possible.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
Opened Product:
 Although we don't accept returns for full refunds on unopened products, we may be able to offer a different solution.
If your product has been opened and you are not satisfied, please reach out to us at support@purehempsupply.com.
Received Damaged Product:

If your package arrives with damaged product inside please contact us immediately at support@purehempsupply.com and if possible attach photos and any other documentation.
